First weekend on Shirley

A great first weekend on Shirley Road... running, playing, crushing acorns, collecting acorns, walks to the river, a special boy's first birthday party, gimlets, naps, football...  Wish it wasn't ending.  B leaves for California today and will be gone until next weekend.  Goes without saying that we'll be counting down the minutes until his return.  Pics from this a.m.

4232 Shirley Road

We've spent 5 nights thus far on Shirley Road.  It is already a great house and our journey has just begun.  Unpacking is definitely more fun than packing.  The kids love the space.  Life is good.  Thanks to Karen, Victor, Carter, Mom & Dad for all their help during our move in weekend.  We couldn't have done it without them. Also, thanks to our wonderful friends who brought meals, invited the kids over to play, and came by to help unpack a box.  We love you guys!
