New Year - 2015

New year. New beginnings. Hoping to be better this year at reducing our household waste, a more diligent composter and increasingly mindful of what we put in our bodies.  Remembering that it is how much you loved, how kindly you lived and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you that matters most.

I am always amazed by how much fun we have as a family doing nothing.  The last two days we've stayed in pjs until noon (seriously  - all four of us) and the kids have been kind and happy and fun to be around.  Sometimes you need some serious down time to center yourself.
