Fresh

Something about January makes me think about fresh in a variety of ways.  Fresh reminds me of Berkley and his plea to "start fresh" when things go awry (particularly with his sissy).  It really is such a great thing - fresh starts and new beginnings.  And we always do - "start fresh" - and forget the past moment and live for the next.

Each year we get a fresh start in January and while I am not good about New Years resolutions, I vow to try to live in this moment (and not the next), to be mindful of others and different perspectives, to treat the Earth better each year, to eat cleaner, to get rid of negativity, and to let go and trust in Him.
